We use tried-and-true family recipes to make some of the very best fresh and smoked sausages in the region. Selection may vary by season, but you can be sure to find our customers’ favorites year round:

Our famous beef jerky & sticks
It’s true: our customers drive hundreds of miles just to get our beef jerky. We prepare and smoke prime cuts of meat every week in our smokehouse, resulting in some of the tastiest jerky you’ll ever try--packaged jerky just can’t compete.
The ultimate paleo snack, our jerky is sold by the pound and free samples are available upon request. Jerky orders can be wrapped however you like; let us know if you’d like it divided up to share with friends and family, or vacuum-sealed if you have a long distance to travel.
Our jerky will last up to 2 weeks in a refrigerator, though we find it doesn’t tend to stick around that long once folks find out you have it! Jerky that has been vacuum-sealed can be placed in the freezer for up to 3 months unopened, a great option if you’d like to place a big order or save some for later.
Our beef sticks are nearly as popular. A giant, fresh version of the packaged beef sticks you'll find in the store, our beef sticks are made with quality ingredients, smoked in-house and sold by the pound. Stop by the store for a free sample!
Smoked turkeys and hamS
We specialize in smoked turkeys and hams, a welcome addition to any holiday tradition.
Smoked turkeys are deliciously juicy and a great way to put a spin on your next holiday meal, family get-together or Sunday dinner. We typically smoke turkeys for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but special orders are accepted and encouraged year round.
Our hickory-smoked hams are another great option, not just for Easter but anytime you want to impress your family or guests with a healthy and delicious main course. Try serving them with a little dijon or grain mustard on the side!
We encourage you to call ahead for either smoked turkey or smoked ham at least a week prior to the date you’d like to pick up, and at least two weeks prior around the holidays.
